The Mediating Role of Fear of Failure, Self-Compassion and Intolerance of Uncertainty in the Relationship Between Academic Procrastination and Perfectionism

Objectives This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of fear failure, self-compassion, and intolerance uncertainty in relationship between academic procrastination perfectionism. Methods used structural equation modeling. The statistical population was students studying for a master’s degree Tehran 2020-2021. Using available sampling method, 440 were selected as sample. To analyze data, correlation matrix SPSS v. 24 software modeling Lisrel 8.80 used. Results results showed that direct effect perfectionism on uncertainty, (P≥0.001) positive significant self-compassion negative significant.
